Your role at the company can be summed up in two words: Customer Happiness. Since our clients are growing and their websites are updated frequently, this will not be a boring job; with every update and marketing initiative, customers will face new challenges, and it will be your job to help them solve those problems and report the bigger issues/defects back to our development team to be fixed. The vast majority of your time will be spent responding to a moderate, but steady flow of support requests, as well as reviewing logs to proactive mitigate issues. Please note: This role is conveniently located in Etobicoke, and cannot be worked remotely. As part of the Customer Happiness team you may be required to work extended/flexible hours, and be on-call on weekends, and statutory holidays, based on the needs of the customer. TechGuilds reserves the right to change these hours with appropriate written notice. Currently hiring for: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. shift

Compensation
